Short Description

Wintergreen, impressive tree with wide crown; Leaves unpaired pinnate, up to 50 cm long; Pinnas slightly crescent-shaped, longish pointed, finely toothed, male blossoms in long catkins, female in short spikes in 2-10 at the shoot tips. Wind pollination.
