Pugs are very clingy to their owners, and (in my experience) aren’t very yappy unless they’re in need of attention or feel unsafe. Very good family dog, extremely calm (especially in their adult years). Pugs don’t require large amounts of food but they gain weight very easily so diet must be strict. Do not buy/adopt a pug if you’re not ready to care for them 100%, especially when the weather is hot.
