They don’t have mäuserbuzzards in the USA. That is why I think it might be a red tailed Hawk. Did you see the bird in the USA?

I certainly do appreciate All Input , I am a Novice ( at best ) my next door neighbor snapped the pictures from 10 to 20 feet with a iPhone .
